New talent and skill development Centre at Akowonjo Community.  The academy coaches and help existing entertainment career professionals and youths improve their brands and grow the enterprise.

At 3M Talent Academy, our focus is talent, skill, and hobby development management that seeks to attract, identify, develop, engage, retain and deploy individuals who are considered particularly valuable to an organisations community, and larger society.

By mentoring, coachinv and managing talents strategically, we help build skillfully efficient individuals, continously encourage them to keep learning, add value to their personal branding agenda, and contribute to community diversity.
